As Founder of Lobo Consulting LLC, Josiah Robinson is an organizer, researcher, attorney, and educator with a focus on strategy and communication to tackle complex social and geopolitical challenges. With a global perspective shaped by travel to over 30 countries and work spanning South Korea, Ecuador, Spain, Egypt, and Iraq, Josiah brings extensive experience navigating the intersection of research, policy, law, and media to drive impact.

Josiah's experience includes various legal and policy internships, fellowships, and consulting projects across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. In recent years, Josiah’s work has focused on collaborating with nonprofit, philanthropic, civic, and academic leaders to advance safety, dignity, and equal opportunity for LGBTQ+ Tulsans. As a mayoral-appointed Human Rights Commissioner, he spearheaded the city's inaugural 2SLGBTQ+ Committee, mobilizing hundreds of Tulsans in human rights advocacy. His written work has earned national recognition, including a 2025 GLAAD Media Award nomination for Outstanding Print Article.

Josiah has taught public speaking at Tulsa Community College and "Across the Divide: Constructive Policymaking at the Subnational Level” at NYU-Tulsa. He holds a J.D. with Honors from Regent University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude as Outstanding Communication Senior from Oral Roberts University with a B.A. in Communication. Josiah is fluent in wit and Spanish. He is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his rescue pitbull, Able.

Lobo is Spanish for “Wolf”. The Wolf is a sacred symbol across cultures, often symbolizing values like curiosity and bravery. A fiercely loyal animal guided by instinct, the Wolf centers community and skillfully navigates complex terrain.
